• Carried out a quantitative survey of a sample of farmers (2560 farmers)
• Carried out a qualitative survey in a sample of SBOs working
• Developed a guide /stratifying methodology to be used by program facilitators to cluster farmers participating in the program by level of farm management (basic/ improved/advanced) to inform program farm level training
• Assessed program progress in addressing environmental and gender concerns. The consultant will be guided by the past KDCP Environmental Monitoring and Mitigation Reports for environmental concerns and household gender data for gender concerns

• Developed an agreeable research protocols
• Mapping and confirming the number, nature, name and location of all communities / persons in the area and geographical features
• Rapid Assessments of Geographical, environmental and socio-economic inventory. Identify all data groups / areas
