Our History

FuturePoa Solutions (FPS) is a consultancy firm formed in 2008 and registered in the year 2015 under the laws of the republic of Kenya. The firm was conceived under its three (3) key principles of sustainability, community development, and need’s based interventions.
It was formed by two directors who are certified trainers in various capacity building services like entrepreneurship, financial literacy, research, table banking, group dynamics, qualitative and quantitative research, among others.
With a great passion for socio-economic empowerment, FPS is dedicated to the alleviation of poverty through practical and functional training on entrepreneurship, business mentorship, business advisory, financial literacy, Village Savings and Loaning, Table banking, Group formation and dynamics, and talent search to women and youth entrepreneurs in Kenya among others.
We believe this approach will create sustainable employment and improve lives and livelihood to the unemployed youth and women as well as spur a vibrant economy and better living. We also have keen interest and experience in conducting survey, monitoring and evaluation as these form the foundation of need’s based interventions and accountability.



PROFILE OF KEY CONTACT

Humphrey Diang’a: Principal Consultant (BSc, MSc)
Mr. Diang’a is a UNDP - Enterprise Development Agent (EDA) after a successful certification as a Business Skills and Enterprise Development (BS&ED) trainer. He is also a certified Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) trainer with International Labour Organisation (ILO)), certified Financial Education trainer by Equity Group Foundation (EGF) and a certified Professional Business Mentor by Professional Business Mentors Association of Kenya.
He has over 6years exposure as a business and research consultant with special focus on Entrepreneurship Training, Life Skills Coaching, Financial Literacy training, baseline assessment and end line evaluations having consulted with various governmental and non-governmental bodies.
He is a crusader and promoter of the "Social Entrepreneurship Concept" by strategically using business and mentorship model approaches in responding to Social problems such as poverty, unemployment, drug abuse, teenage pregnancy, prostitution, crime, environmental degradation etc. Mr. Diang’a is also an entrepreneur running an established ICT firm dealing with wifi, cctv and ACs installation among other services.
He has been role modeled as a capable entrepreneur with a scalable business model by internationally organizations including New Scholar Inc.-USA and has featured among the top 100 best business plan in the ILO-Chasebank Business Plan Lauchpad competition
